OryoNex is an AI-powered kanban project management platform for teams. It brings tasks, chat, calendar, Journal, and Brainstorming Hub into one workspace so teams can execute with clarity.
Traditional Kanban tools list tasks. OryoNex adds AI task extraction (Brainstorming Hub, Journal), Challenges and scoring, and built-in chat and calendar to help teams not only list tasks but execute intelligently.
Business chaos is like a star map without a guide. OryoNex makes this map readable. It positions your project as a 'sky', your tasks as 'stars', and your most important goals as the 'North Star'. This way, your entire team always knows where they're going and stays focused on the same goal.
A workspace is a separate organizational area for each project. Each workspace has its own board, team members, tasks, and settings. The number of workspaces depends on platform settings and your plan, and can be increased by an admin if needed.
Go to Workspace Settings → Member Management. You can invite by email or add an existing user. Invited people get roles (Admin, Member, Commenter) with different permissions.
Admin: Has full control of the workspace—can add/remove members, change workspace settings, and edit all tasks. Member: Can create, edit, and manage their own tasks but cannot change workspace settings. Commenter: Can only view tasks and comment, cannot make changes. This role is ideal for external consultants or clients.
The Audit Log records all activities in the workspace. Admins and Members can view and filter all activities; Commenters can only see their own logs. You can filter by date/user/action and export to CSV.
AI features consume credits. Credits belong to a user account; within a workspace, AI usage typically deducts from the workspace owner's (first admin) balance. The credit system helps manage AI usage and cost.
When credits run out, AI features are temporarily disabled while standard features continue to work. You can request additional credits from the workspace owner/admin or submit a credit request.
AI credit-consuming actions include: Brainstorming Hub task extraction, Journal AI task generation, Challenge suggestions, and AI-supported analysis/insight flows. Standard task and calendar actions do not consume credits.
Brainstorming Hub turns notes into actionable tasks. Paste your notes (min. 5 words), let AI analyze, then add suggested tasks to your board with one click.
Project Journal is your space for daily notes. After writing, use the AI task generation button. Suggestions are cached by date and can be added to your board.
You earn points when tasks are completed (e.g., moved to Done), and points may decrease if tasks are moved back. Scores and badges help keep motivation visible within the workspace.
Challenges are goal-based team competitions. Workspace admins can create challenges, link them to labels, and set reward points. Progress is tracked in real time.
Connect your Zoom account via OAuth in Settings. Then you can add Zoom meeting links to tasks and join directly from task details.
You can receive notifications for assignments, comments, and important updates. After granting browser permissions, manage your notification preferences in Settings → Preferences.
Tasks with due dates automatically appear on the calendar. Set a due date on a task and track your plan in the calendar view.
Workspace chat keeps team communication in one place. Messages are encrypted in-app with AES-256-GCM and visible only to authorized members.
Data is stored in PostgreSQL. All communication is protected with TLS/HTTPS; RBAC is enforced in the app and chat messages are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Backup processes are handled according to the operational plan. Only you and authorized team members can access your data.
